Professional Experience:

2004–2018     Curator and Collections Manager, Peace Region Palaeontology Research Centre (PRPRC), Tumbler Ridge, British Columbia, Canada.

  • As Curator I was responsible for developing, fundraising, and implementing large-scale paleontology field expeditions in remote localities, advising industrial and governing bodies on best practices for fossil heritage resource management, management of PRPRC personnel, public outreach, development of educational programming curricula, interpretive display design.
  • As Collections Manager I was responsible for managing fossil heritage archives of the PRPRC, including the development of collections policies and procedures and best practices, training technical staff in fossil heritage conservation best practices, archival data, and metadata management, physical storage requirements, managing specimen donations.
